Nintendo have just announced November's splatfest theme!

Over on twitter, Nintendo has just posted the details of the next splatfest for Splatoon 3. This time it is about which your go to greeting is. The three options being, Handshake (Shiver), Fist Bump (Frye) or Hug (Big man). The splatfest will be available from Saturday the 18th of November @ 12 am until Sunday the 19th of November @ 11:59 pm. Something else to note is that the Japanese splatfest is different. This is the first time they have done this in Splatoon 3. For Japan it seems to be about some type of food and what you call it.
This is an interesting theme for a splatfest though. I don't think there is necessarily a dominant favourite here, however, I think fist bump will actually come out on top for votes. I think it will go, fist bump, then hug, then handshake in terms of votes. Hugs and handshakes are a lot more specific I feel, with them being more reserved for whom you give them to. However, a fist bump can be used for friends, acquittances and family alike, just not really formally. A hug does have more uses cases than such a formal greeting as a handshake though, so that's why I am going with this order. I suppose we will see whether I could be wrong or not when voting polls have come out. I look forward to playing this fest though and hopefully we get a decent tri colour stage this time.
That's it for this blog, stay connected!
