Over on YouTube, Nintendo's official channels have just uploaded a new trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. In this video we can see a lot more information about the game. It covers some locations, new powers and ways of getting around in the game. If you would like to see this video you can click here.

I did not expect a video to be published today for the latest Zelda game, but we are just over a month away, so it makes sense. There are so many cool things we can see in this video, that give us more of a taste of what is to come.

We did know a decent amount about the environments but seeing the Gorons was a very welcome surprise. Death Mountian/Eldin was a known location but there was no confirmation of what or if anything lived there. They look so cute in this art style.

Speaking of cute things, it was shown that Zelda can also ride a horse in this game. It seems like there are different horses as well. we don't know if it's visual or if they have different stats, I wouldn't mind either way though.

The new bind ability further pushes this game's creativity allowing for some very interesting puzzles and challenges. It's quite similar to Magnesis/ultrahand from BOTW/TOTK. I really liked when they showed that Zelda can also be bound to enemies as well though. Allowing not only for Zelda to move things around but also for her to be moved around by other things.

Outfits and accessories return from BOTW and TOTK and I am very happy they have done so. We can see some great outfits for Zelda and the accessories seem to give you a nice little boost. I wonder how many there will be.

That said, I am so excited about this game and this just added to the hype. It's not long now till it's released. I will be pre-ordering it as soon as I can. There might be another video about the game before release, but I am more than content with the info we have now.

That's it for this blog, stay connected!

[Thoughts] Will Tears of the Kingdom have DLC?

DLC for Tears of the kingdom could happen but I don't think it's likely Source: Author's edit I want to start off by saying I do not think this game needs DLC at all, though it would be welcome. Breath of the Wild had an expansion pass with 3 waves of content. Looking at the contents of that could give us an idea about what a Tears of the Kingdom expansion pass could look like. The first wave (Expansion pass purchase bonus) was available at the games launch and included the following: - 3 new treasure chests This was a very small wave featuring 3 chests of goodies. The biggest thing from this was a Nintendo Switch shirt link could wear. It was a nice little extra to start the game off with but definitely not the defining content of the pass. Moving on, The second wave (DLC pack 1) offered a lot more in terms of content, with it offering these following things: - Trail of the Sword - Master mode - Heroes path mode.  This wave offered many things to test the players skill...

[Thoughts] Post Game Content Is Awesome!

Post game content is something I greatly  appreciate in games ~Intro ~ Many games over the years have included post game content, it's a way to give more content to players who really enjoyed their time with the main game and were left wanting a little more. Sometimes it is in the form of a few bonus missions, while other times epilogue stories can happen. I will now give some examples of good post game content and discuss what makes them good. ~Dark  Chronicle~ The post game for this game is quite big. After the main story you follow the main character on another small adventure to a place called the Zelmite Mine. This mysterious mine is huge, forming the biggest dungeon in the game by quite a bit. This Dungeon even has multiple mini bosses, one of which being fairly important to the narrative. While the dungeon does require a little bit of grinding to be able to get through it, it isn't too bad and I never found myself having...
