[News] 2 F-Zero Games Join Switch Online!

More F-Zero content comes to switch!

Over on X (Twitter), Nintendo has announced that 2 more games are coming to Nintendo Switch Online. This includes 2 GBA games. The GBA games included are both F-Zero games being, F-Zero: GP Legend and F-Zero Climax. The GBA app does require the expansion pass tier so you will to have that to enjoy these. These games are available on Ocotber 11th.

Its nice to see more F-Zero on the Switch, I really enjoyed F-Zero 99 recently, sadly I will not be able to play these on the service. Though I didnt know they even existed and am quite intrigued. So, I may look into alternate means to try them. If you have the service, F-Zero games are always some good fun so give them a try.

Summer Game Fest gets new video source : twitter.com/summergamefest Summer Game Fest hosted by Geoff Keighley will be live this Thursday, June 8th as announced a few days ago. The event will be streamed everywhere @ 3pm ET / Noon PT / 9pm CEST. Currently, other than a showing for the recently revealed Mortal Kombat remake, there are no details as to what to expect from the show. However, in a follow up tweet to the video post, Geoff states we will find out soon. In that same reply he also says what you see in the video is not indicative of what we will or won't see. Another game is now available for Nintendo Switch Online members source: twitter.com/NintendoAmerica Over on X (Twitter), Nintendo has announced that another game is coming to Nintendo Switch Online. This includes 1 GBA game. The GBA game included in this update is Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team. The GBA app does require the expansion pass tier so if you have it you can enjoy this game. This game will be available from August 9th. They are essentially the same game just Blue Rescue Team was on the DS. Both aren't coming together as we sadly don't have a DS app. I hope people who have the expansion take the time to try this, as the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games, while a bit repetitive in gameplay, bring a lot more interesting narratives than mainline Pokemon games. [News] Grand Festival Announced! (Splatoon 3)

Nintendo has just announced the last? Splatfest! source: x.com/NintendoAUNZ Over on X (Twitter), Nintendo has just posted the details of the last? Splatfest for Splatoon 3. It is a very special Splatfest with it being called the "Grand festival". For this, it seems all three idol groups are against each other taking one option each. The question being asked for this is "Which is the most important to you?". The three options are past (Squid Sisters), present (Off the Hook), or future (Deep Cut). The Splatfest will be available for 72 hours rather than the usual 48. It will start Friday the 13th of September @ 01:00 am until Monday the 16th of September @ 00:59 am . We don't know much about the fest itself but it's safe to assume it will have all the same things as a special Splatfest and more.
