[News] New Sonic the Hedgehog 3 Movie Trailer out!

Over on YouTube, the official Sonic the Hedgehog channel has just uploaded a new two-minute trailer for their upcoming movie. This is the second trailer we have gotten for this movie. You can watch it here. As a reminder, this movie will be in cinemas on December 20th, so make sure to book your tickets now if you want to watch it.

I am really excited for this movie and this trailer just further boosts the hype. It gives us quite a few more scenes we haven't seen before, nothing too notable though. However, it was great to see some Shadow the Hedgehog game references in there such as him with a gun or the scene where Sonic collapses. I will not be seeing it when it launches in the cinema, instead, I will watch it when it comes to Blu-ray. We don't know when that will happen, but I am fine with waiting.

[News] New "Hype trailer" for Summer Game Fest goes live

Summer Game Fest gets new video source : twitter.com/summergamefest Summer Game Fest hosted by Geoff Keighley will be live this Thursday, June 8th as announced a few days ago. The event will be streamed everywhere @ 3pm ET / Noon PT / 9pm CEST. Currently, other than a showing for the recently revealed Mortal Kombat remake, there are no details as to what to expect from the show. However, in a follow up tweet to the video post, Geoff states we will find out soon. In that same reply he also says what you see in the video is not indicative of what we will or won't see. So it serves as just a little mind refresher for some of the new games this year. [News] Another game comes to Nintendo Switch Online!

Another game is now available for Nintendo Switch Online members source: twitter.com/NintendoAmerica Over on X (Twitter), Nintendo has announced that another game is coming to Nintendo Switch Online. This includes 1 GBA game. The GBA game included in this update is Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team. The GBA app does require the expansion pass tier so if you have it you can enjoy this game. This game will be available from August 9th. They are essentially the same game just Blue Rescue Team was on the DS. Both aren't coming together as we sadly don't have a DS app. I hope people who have the expansion take the time to try this, as the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games, while a bit repetitive in gameplay, bring a lot more interesting narratives than mainline Pokemon games. [News] Grand Festival Announced! (Splatoon 3)

Nintendo has just announced the last? Splatfest! source: x.com/NintendoAUNZ Over on X (Twitter), Nintendo has just posted the details of the last? Splatfest for Splatoon 3. It is a very special Splatfest with it being called the "Grand festival". For this, it seems all three idol groups are against each other taking one option each. The question being asked for this is "Which is the most important to you?". The three options are past (Squid Sisters), present (Off the Hook), or future (Deep Cut). The Splatfest will be available for 72 hours rather than the usual 48. It will start Friday the 13th of September @ 01:00 am until Monday the 16th of September @ 00:59 am . We don't know much about the fest itself but it's safe to assume it will have all the same things as a special Splatfest and more.
